Véronique Gareau is a Registered Massage Therapist currently in her third year of Osteopathic Manual Therapy studies. She also holds an honors bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Her own experiences in sports and with
injury recovery sparked a deep interest in understanding how the body heals, inspiring her to pursue a career in rehabilitation. This background fuels her dedication to supporting others on their journey to recovery and optimal health.

Véronique adopte une approche holistique et individualisée, adaptée aux besoins spécifiques de chaque personne. Ses traitements intègrent une variété de techniques, notamment le relâchement myofascial, les techniques d’énergie musculaire (MET), les mobilisations articulaires, la thérapie cranio-sacrée (CST), les techniques de strain- counterstrain, l’équilibrage du système nerveux, les techniques de circulation et lymphatiques, la thérapie des points gâchettes, les techniques suédoises, ainsi que des stratégies d'exercice et de mouvement.

Véronique has a particular focus on sports injuries, concussions, whiplash, TMJ disorders, post-surgical recovery, musculoskeletal pain, chronic pain, and rehabilitation. Her expertise extends beyond these areas, allowing her to address a broad spectrum of
health concerns. She offers services in both French and English.
