Véronique Gareau is a Registered Massage Therapist currently in her third year of Osteopathic Manual Therapy studies. She also holds an honors bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Her own experiences in sports and with
injury recovery sparked a deep interest in understanding how the body heals, inspiring her to pursue a career in rehabilitation. This background fuels her dedication to supporting others on their journey to recovery and optimal health.

Véronique provides a holistic and individualized approach tailored to each person’s unique needs. Her treatments integrate a range of techniques, including myofascial release, muscle energy technique (MET), joint mobilizations, cranial sacral therapy (CST), strain-counterstrain, nervous system balancing, circulation and lymphatic techniques, trigger point therapy, Swedish techniques, as well as exercise and movement strategies.

Véronique has a particular focus on sports injuries, concussions, whiplash, TMJ disorders, post-surgical recovery, musculoskeletal pain, chronic pain, and rehabilitation. Her expertise extends beyond these areas, allowing her to address a broad spectrum of
health concerns. She offers services in both French and English.
