Simon is a Registered Massage Therapist graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax in 2019. A former mogul skiing athlete, Simon has performed for eight years internationally with the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team. As physical preparation is essential for athletes, he quickly became interested in the prevention of sports injuries and physical rehabilitation, leading him to become a massage therapist today.
Simon uses a various range of techniques to help maintaining or restoring your body functions, or to reduce muscle discomfort related to stress. He will enjoy adapting his approach and offer you a personalized treatment plan to meet your needs.
In order to enhance the benefits of massage therapy, Simon places a great emphasis on client’s education to empower them in their rehabilitation process and he is an avid believer in therapeutic exercises.
Aiming to constantly expand his skills and knowledge, Simon values continuing education to optimize his practice and to remain up to date with the best evidence-based practice for Massage Therapy.
Sporty at heart, Simon does remain involved in the sport community as a RMT. He has also been invited to coach at various ski camps. As an outdoor enthusiasm, he now enjoys pushing his limits in running, cycling, swimming, cross country skiing and ski touring.
