Rebekah de Couvreur
Registered Dietitian
Rebekah is a Registered Dietitian based in Orleans, Ontario, with a passion for sports nutrition and helping individuals optimize their performance through food. Originally from the small town of Perth, Ontario, she studied nutrition at the University of Prince Edward Island before returning home to begin her career. Her early work in community nutrition gave her valuable experience supporting clients of all ages—from infants to older adults—across a wide range of health and dietary concerns. During this time, Rebekah pursued advanced training, becoming a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC), a graduate of the prestigious IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition, and an ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist.
After taking a year for maternity leave, Rebekah decided it was time to follow her true passion—sports nutrition—and opened her own private practice to help athletes and active individuals fuel their performance and feel their best.
An athlete herself, Rebekah grew up competing in cross-country, track, karate, and swimming. She eventually focused on swimming, continuing to compete at the university level. Her personal journey taught her firsthand how transformative nutrition can be for athletic performance. Today, she still enjoys swimming and running, and has recently added cycling to the mix as she trains for triathlons.
Rebekah’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and a holistic understanding of how nutrition, lifestyle, and well-being intersect. Whether you’re a recreational athlete or a high performer, she is committed to helping you make meaningful, lasting changes to support your health, performance, and quality of life—no matter your age or ability.
