In 1998, Judith earned her Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy, which marked the beginning of her extensive involvement in the world of sports therapy. Through countless hours of dedication covering sporting events locally, nationally, and internationally, she eventually became the Chief Therapist for the Canadian Figure Skating Team. Her commitment to the team led her to the Winter Olympic Games in Turin, Italy (2006) and Vancouver, Canada (2010), where she proudly supported the athletes as part of the medical team.
Judith’s leadership in sports physiotherapy extended to her role as Chief Therapist for the first Junior Pan-American Games, and she continued to make her mark as a member of the medical team for the Pan-American Games in 2023. Most recently, she was honored to be part of the medical staff at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
In addition to her sports-related accomplishments, Judith is certified in acupuncture and dry needling. Her approach to physiotherapy is predominantly hands-on, emphasizing functional improvement through exercise. One of her primary areas of focus is concussion management. As a certified practitioner with Complete Concussion Management, she delivers evidence-based care, achieving outstanding results in both acute and persistent concussion cases.
Outside of her clinical practice, Judith is an avid runner, having completed numerous marathons, half-marathons, and ultra-marathons. Her passion for running not only keeps her active but also informs her work with fellow runners, allowing her to provide targeted care and share her enthusiasm for the sport.
